I provide a safe, relaxed, and nonjudgmental environment where individuals or couples can explore what it is that is holding them back. My passion is to help individuals or couples maximize their potential and to enhance the various relationships in their life. Together, we can discover a path to becoming secure and resilient. I am an experienced individual and couples therapist whose focus is helping those with a sense of disconnect from self and each other. My approach is warm and direct and together we work to utilize your strengths.

Sessions are scheduled on a weekly basis unless we discuss otherwise.
Individual sessions - 45 minutes.
Couples sessions - 50 minutes.
Collateral sessions - 50 minutes.
online therapy - 45 minutes
There is a 48 hour cancellation policy.
Payment is due at the conclusion of each session.
