My passion lies in helping people maximize their potential and enhance the various relationships in their lives. As an experienced therapist specializing in individual, couples, and family therapy, I focus on addressing feelings of disconnect from oneself and from others.

As a couples and marriage therapist in South Florida, I work with many Jewish couples, families, and individuals, and I understand the values, traditions, and pressures that shape marriage and family life in the Jewish community. My office is in Hollywood, Florida, close to Hallandale Beach, Aventura, North Miami Beach, Miami Beach, and Fort Lauderdale. Online sessions are available anywhere in Florida, from Miami to Boca Raton, and in New York.

EFT is a research-based approach that helps couples, families, and individuals understand the emotions and patterns behind conflict and disconnection, and build more secure, lasting bonds. I am ICEEFT certified in Emotionally Focused Couples (EFCT), Family (EFFT), and Individual (EFIT) Therapy.
Please contact me to discuss fees and sliding scales. Individual sessions are 45 minutes, couples and collateral sessions are 50 minutes, and payment is due at the end of each session.
